Intellectual Property Protection
All platform content (Videos, workbooks, strategies, live calls, PDFs) is the exclusive property of Abraham Carranza and the Institute. Sharing login credentials, downloading, screen recording, or distributing the content to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund and possible legal action.
Earnings Disclaimer
We do not believe in "get rich quick" programs. Business and personal success takes hard work, dedication, and consistency. Success stories or testimonials featured on our website do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results in life and business.
Community Conduct
Access to our internal community is a privilege. We reserve the right to revoke access to any member who engages in hate speech, harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior toward coaches or other members.
5. Strict Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate and digital nature of our elite programs (instant access to intellectual property, recordings, and high-level business strategies), we DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances once the purchase has been completed and platform access has been granted.
Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy
By processing your payment, you irrevocably agree to our Terms of Service. Any deliberate attempt to initiate a bank chargeback after consuming or accessing our digital material will be treated as friendly fraud. We will vigorously dispute any chargebacks by presenting this legal agreement, alongside your system activity logs (IP addresses and login times), to the relevant financial institution.
